13 indicted in Huron County

NORWALK — A Norwalk man accused of dealing methamphetamine was recently indicted by a Huron County grand jury.Christopher Moore, 41, of the 700 block of Ohio 61, faces two counts each of aggravated drug trafficking and corrupting another with drugs.According to the indictment, Moore sold methamphetamine in April that caused serious physical harm to another person. Moore is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 7 for his arraignment on the charges.Others recently indicted include:• Adam Glennon, 19, of Livonia, Michigan, hashish possession.• Jamie Reuer, 42, of Willard, two counts of aggravated vehicular assault and one count each of vehicular assault, operating a vehicle under the influence, endangering children, aggravated drug possession and drug theft.• Austin Reed, 21, of Norwalk, aggravated drug possession.• Tracy Dye, 29, of Willard, identity fraud and obstructing official business.• Robert Aumend, 56, of New London, aggravated drug possession, drug possession, drug abuse instrument possession and three counts of operating a vehicle under the influence.• Roberto De La Cruz, 36, of Norwalk, two counts each of identity fraud, forgery, tampering with records and domestic violence.• Margaret Jayes, 40, of Norwalk, four counts of identity fraud.• Kyle Zarcone, 25, of Bucyrus, fentanyl-compound possession, heroin possession and evidence tampering.• Misty Morgan, 36, of Greenwich, evidence tampering, heroin possession and obstructing justice.• Charles Capps, 24, of Bristol, Fla., vandalism and two counts of domestic violence.• Brayden Biedermeier, 20, of Willard, evidence tampering, failure to comply and drug paraphernalia possession.• Amanda Hall, 33, of Norwalk, aggravated drug trafficking.An indictment is merely a formal charge and does not denote guilt or innocence.Reach reporter Michael Harrington at michaelharrington@sanduskyregister.com, follow the Register at Facebook.com/SanduskyRegisterThe Huron County Common Pleas Court in Norwalk.
