Tiffin business owners open Motto Mortgage location downtown

Motto Mortgage Unlimited has opened a new office in Tiffin. New owners Bill and Kelli Jones, also of RE/MAX Unlimited Realty, are independent owners of the Tiffin franchise. The Jones' feel this new mortgage lender will be a key addition to Tiffin's collection of downtown businesses, according to a release from Motto Mortgagge. The local couple has more than 19 years of combined experience in real estate and they are excited to establish Motto Mortgage Unlimited as a customer-first, full-service mortgage brokerage, according to the release. "Motto Mortgage Unlimited offers an advantageous alternative to the traditional mortgage bankers currently operating in the Tiffin, Seneca County area," Bill and Kelli Jones are quoted saying in the release. "We provide the scope, scale and support of a large retail lender while offering the flexibility, autonomy and exceptional service of a local mortgage broker." Motto Mortgage Unlimited's new Tiffin location is at 65 E. Market St. in a renovated downtown office space. Currently, the Jones' are implementing health and safety precautions due to current conditions, the release states. Motto Mortgage Unlimited features face-to-face conversations, in-depth phone calls or purely digital communication for borrowers who would prefer to conduct business remotely, the release states. Melanie Frederick also will serve as a mortgage loan originator for the office. Frederick has more than five years of experience in the mortgage business, and takes great satisfaction in helping homebuyers achieve homeownership, the release states. Loan originators in the Motto Mortgage network have access to loans from various wholesale lenders, and Frederick's role is to give homebuyers choices in that regard, it states.
