Museum contract finalized, MLK statue proposed | Advertiser-Tribune Seneca County commissioners Thursday approved a contract with the Barnes-Deinzer Seneca County Museum Foundation for operation of the county museum and heard a proposal to place a statue of Martin Luther King Jr. on the lawn of the Justice Center.
