New term for Judge Jay Meyer | Advertiser-Tribune Seneca County Juvenile/Probate Court Judge Jay Meyer was sworn in Wednesday to a six-year term at the Seneca County Justice Center. Meyer, who has served for 12 years in the position, was sworn in via Zoom by his father, Gerald Meyer, who served in the same position for 20 years from 1978-1998.
