Sutton Bank provides free financial literacy program to students

Sutton Bank has stepped in to make remote learning during COVID-19 easier. Over 980 students and teachers at seven schools in Seneca and other local counties will have free access to Banzai, an online financial literacy program. Banzai is an award winning program that provides a library of articles, calculators and personalized coaches. The resources are available to students at home or in the classroom with any internet enabled device. "Banzai is a web-based financial literacy program. Kids get their own accounts, and they work through assignments that are based on real life," says Morgan Vandagriff, co-founder of Banzai. "But because Sutton Bank is sponsoring it, local schools get it for free. More than ever, it's important that kids develop sound financial skills to prepare them for the real world, and Sutton Bank realizes that and they're doing something about it."
