Calvert grad sets up shop in Laird Building

A Calvert High School recent graduate has announced the opening of a storefront location for her sewing business. Danielle Park is the owner of Yours With Every Stitch, which has a brick-and-mortar location in the historic Laird Building in downtown Tiffin. Park's store specializes in alterations, mending and custom seamstress services. Park has been sewing since she was 8 years old. She started while participating in 4-H. Yours With Every Stitch began during Park's senior year of high school and she has had a booth set up during JAM'S Monthly Markets. According to Park, she decided to open a physical location to better serve her clients and grow a new customer base. "Sewing is my passion," she said. Park said starting her own business was something she had always wanted to do. Park enjoys creating custom clothing items, including children's clothing. She has even made custom formal gowns for events while attending Calvert. Park is self-taught and started out with children's clothes because she said it was a great place to start. Moving forward, she hopes to create more women's clothes. "I enjoy being able to make something that is custom and unique," she had. The shop will feature a lounge area to help customers and guests feel at home while getting fitted. Park said she is excited to be a part of the Downtown Tiffin community.
