2 missing teens found in Fostoria

FOSTORIA — Two missing teens were located at an Ohio Avenue residence in Fostoria Tuesday. Fostoria Police Department was asked to assist in the search for a missing 15-year-old girl, Emma Moore, of Galion. Galion Police Department had reported Moore may have been with Shannon Pullom, a 33-year-old man. Moore and 16-year-old Nevaeh Betts, of Fostoria were both located in the same residence Tuesday as the result of a multi-agency response, according to a press release from Fostoria Police Department. Galion Police Department reported the girls had been located with Pullom, who was arrested Tuesday on an unrelated charge of violating a protection order, according to Tiffin-Fostoria Municipal Court's records. The Special Response Team of Fostoria Police, Tiffin Police, Seneca County Sheriff and Fostoria Fire personnel assisted Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation, FBI and Galion Police in the investigation. "We are relieved that both juveniles were located and are now safe," Fostoria Police Chief Keith Loreno said. "It was another example of multiple agencies working together for a favorable outcome." The investigation has been turned over to Ohio BCI.
