Nava, 29, of Tiffin was charged with possessing a drug abuse instrument. * At 8:22 p.m., a person in the 100-block of Second Avenue reported a pit bull on the roof of a residence. Owners had been in the process of moving out and they left the window on the second floor open. Officers were able to successfully secure the dog. WEDNESDAY, July 20 * At 6:06 a.m., a woman in the 100-block of E. Perry Street reported her apartment had been entered into and items had been taken. Incident is under investigation. County reports TUESDAY, July 19 * Derrick R. Orlans, 40, of Upper Sandusky, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. WEDNESDAY, JULY 20 * At 1:58 p.m., a man in the 7000-block of E. US 224 reported someone had cut a catalytic converter off his truck. Fostoria reports TUESDAY, July 19 * Charles A. Black IV, 37, of Fostoria, was charged with obstruction. * Mindy L. Goodin, 33, of Fostoria, was charged with aiding and abetting. State Patrol TUESDAY, July 19 * Jeremy L. Lawrence, 35, of Mansfield was charged with theft.
