Candidates for Judge

One candidate for Judge of the Tiffin-Fostoria Municipal Court has been sanctioned by the Ohio Supreme Court for engaging in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice, failing to perform his judicial duties in a fair and impartial manner, and failing to be patient, dignified and courteous with those appearing in the courtroom. This candidate was suspended from the practice of law for an entire year. The Disciplinary Board found his misconduct "exhibited arrogance." As active members of the Seneca County Bar Association, we respectfully suggest that our community deserves a Judge who will be fair, impartial and courteous. Mark Repp has proven that he can NOT meet these standards and that he should not be returned to the bench. Some of us support Judge Rhonda Best in the election.
