Local practice ranked 'Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams'

TIFFIN --- OnPoint Financial Solutions, a private wealth advisory practice with Ameriprise Financial, located at 99 Ashwood Drive, was ranked on the list of "Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams" published by Forbes business magazine for the second year in a row. The local business was chosen based on assets under management, industry experience, compliance record, and practice and approach to working with clients. The rankings are based on data provided by thousands of the nation's most productive advisors and their teams that applied for the ranking. "We're pretty proud that we have the expertise and the multitude of services to be a very holistic provider for all financial planning needs," said Jason Gedert, private wealth advisor and managing partner of OnPoint Financial Solutions. OnPoint Financial Solutions main areas of focus include retirement planning, tax planning strategies, investment management, retirement income strategies, wealth preservation techniques and business retirement plans. "It's all tied to your goals whether that be retirement, educating your children, buying that second home, leaving things behind to your loved ones," Gedert explained. "We get into the tax planning, the estate planning (and) risk management." Gedert went on to say that OnPoint Financial Solutions helps clients gain confidence in their financial decisions surrounding their life goals and objectives. "We make it very easy for them to focus on that and we take care of the rest," he said. Moving forward, Gedert said he would like to continue growing the business and its services, as well as the team. Currently there are six team members including Gedert and his wife Kristin who have been in the business together since 1997 and transitioned to the Tiffin branch in 2016. "We're proud to serve the Tiffin area, it's been really good to us the last seven years," Gedert said. "It's a really large town to have such a small community feel. We're proud to be part of that and help it anyway we can."
