Grace church announced play space

TIFFIN—Grace Community Church announced the launch of "The Hangar," an indoor play space designed to enrich the lives of children throughout Seneca County. Zack Pinkerton, campus pastor at Grace Community Church, said, "The Hangar" (located near the Seneca County Airport, 1778 US 224, Tiffin) is the "culmination of our vision to create a vibrant, accessible space where children can unleash their imagination and explore the joy of play." The area will focus on a giant playground crafted by K Play. The structure will be the largest of its kind in northwest Ohio and will accommodate 200 children. He added, "We desperately needed a bigger children's area, and we wanted to be able to provide it." The project costs more than $300,000, and as part of a broader $2 million community investment, "The Hangar" will also feature a connected room available for private reservations for hosting birthday parties or special events. Tony Paradiso, president of the Seneca County Board of Commissioners, said in a release, "'The Hangar' is a testament to Grace Community Church's commitment to enhancing the quality of life for all Seneca County residents." Pinkerton said, "We received funding through our incredible church family and a grant through the Tiffin Community Foundation specifically for the play structure. As a church, we are excited about this area for the children. We can not wait until it is completed, hopefully in the late fall." Construction for the project has already begun, with Clouse Construction leading the project.
