Hoptometry announces new menu

TIFFIN — Hoptometry Brewing Company has introduced a new menu, following feedback from its patrons. The menu features brand-new recipes that have never been featured before while keeping a few of the fan favorites. The new menu also includes a kid's menu. Highlights include: - The Matty Patty – Two quarter pound smashed burgers, covered in American cheese, a house-made sauce, topped with lettuce, pickles, onions and tomato on a brioche bun - Chick-Fill-Up - Choice of grilled or fried chicken, with pickles and a house-made smoky honey mustard sauce on a toasted brioche bun - Grilled Chicken Pita and Quesadilla - Two new appetizer choices: Cheese Curds and Mini Corn Dogs - Fan favorites like the Ricky Fries and the fresh fried kettle chips will remain on the menu. "We knew our menu had more potential, so we truly listened to what our customers wanted. After months of dedicated work, we're thrilled to unveil our new menu. We can't wait for our patrons to experience it – we think they're going to love it." said Bryan Sutter, one of the three Hoptometry Brewing Company owners, in a release. Hoptometry will continue to host monthly kitchen takeovers, showcasing dishes from local guest chefs. The next events are Goulda's YUMobile, featuring pierogies from 4-8 p.m. June 29 and the North Shore Boil Co., featuring fresh seafood boils from 4-8 p.m. July 25. The kitchen is open every day. Kitchen hours are Monday through Thursday 4 to 8 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m.-8 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Pickup and carryout are available.
