TC girls claim runner-up honors

UPPER SANDUSKY — Abbie Felske and Grace Blonde turned in top-10 times Tuesday to guide Columbian's girls to runner-up honors at the Upper Sandusky Ice Breaker Invitational.Toledo St. Ursula claimed the title by a 68-82 margin over TC. Fliers hold off BellevueCLYDE — Clyde slipped past Bellevue by two strokes Tuesday to claim a triangular win at Green Hills.The Fliers edged the Lady Red 198-200, with Woodmore ending third with a 227.The difference between first and second was very small.Clyde got a 45 from Samantha Young and a 49 from Madi Hall, while Bellevue got a 45 from Tessa Blankenship and a 49 from Addison Miller.Sienna Turner and Ella Howey added twin 52s for Clyde, while Bellevue's Magdalynn Heuring and Stepheni Hammer each shot a 53.Abbie Rogish (58) and Taitum Jeffrey (67) also hit the course for Clyde.Bellevue's Ava Meyer (56) and Mariska Manning (59) also competed.Abbey Tucker's 54 led Woodmore.
