Ferris, L-B get past Pirates

Liberty-Benton's Trevor Ferris took a pass a from Brice Fox and scored 80 seconds into the game, then assisted on two more goals as the Eagles knocked of Bluffton, 4-1. Aiden Hatch put Liberty-Benton up 2-0, converting an assist from Ferris with 16:08 remaining in the half. With 2:42 left, Bluffton got on the board when Levi Antrim found the back of the net. L-B led 2-1 at the break, but the Eagles took over after that. Lincoln Holler converted a pass from Garrett Nealis with 34:50 left, and with 17:31 on the clock, Jairo Colina scored off a Ferris pass. Ben Jenkins made three saves in goal for the Eagles. Pirates' goalie Alex Davis made two saves. RIVERDALE 4 OLD FORT 0 OLD FORT– Riverdale scored three goals in the first half as it shut out Old Fort 4-0 on the road. The Falcons broke their four-game losing streak with Tuesday's win. Cameron Snook, Will Howard, and Ethan Elwood each scored for the Falcons, while Old Fort committed an own goal.
