Tiffin Reports Saturday, Oct. 26 12:53 a.m. - 1700 block of Duchess Ln., Tiffin Police assisted the Tiffin Fire Department with a fire in a garage. The fire was later extinguished. 1:50 a.m. - 200 block of Circular St., a man was arrested for public intoxication following a report of a physical altercation outside a business. 5:25 a.m. - S. Monroe and E. Market St., a man was arrested for OVI following a report of a vehicle traveling the wrong way down a one-way street. Fostoria Reports Friday, Oct. 25 Wendy M. Griffith, 42, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic violence. Saturday, Oct. 26 7:06 p.m. - W. Tiffin and S. Grant streets, a caller reported a physical altercation. A man was taken into custody and charged with assault. County Reports Friday, Oct. 25 Kyle A. Cornelius, 31, of Tiffin, was charged with theft. Charles Guerra, 27, of Fostoria, was charged with failure to reinstate dog license and dog at large. Richard W. Hoffman, 68, Tiffin, was charged with OVI. Robert T. Shiley, 33, of Tiffin, was charged with theft. Saturday, Oct. 26 1:22 a.m. - E. CR 38 and N. TR 179, a caller reported a possible weapons violation. The caller advised someone shooting a gun from a vehicle. Report for record. 2:26 a.m. - N. CR 21 and E. CR 32, a man was arrested for OVI following a traffic stop. 8:00 a.m. - 100 block of Sullivan St., a man was arrested for domestic violence following a report of a domestic disturbance. County Report Sunday, Oct. 27 12:28 a.m. - 200 block S. Kansas St., a man was taken into custody and charged with domestic violence following a 911 hang up. Tiffin Accidents Saturday, Oct. 26 3:13 a.m. - 100 block of S. Sandusky Ave., a man was arrested for OVI and failure to control following a two-vehicle crash with unknown injuries. 9:43 a.m. - Melmore and Hedges streets, a man was cited for a stop sign violation following a two-vehicle non-injury crash. 2:48 p.m. - 200 block N. Sandusky St., a juvenile was cited for failure to control and juvenile traffic offender following a two-vehicle crash with possible injuries. North St., a woman was cited for improper turn and driving without a valid operating license following a two-vehicle non-injury crash. County Accident Saturday, Oct. 26 9:14 a.m. - 1400 block of N. SR 101, a woman was cited for failure to control following a one-vehicle non-injury crash.
