Tiffin Reports Thursday, May 15 6:37 p.m. - 100 Schonhardt St., a caller reported a woman forced open a locked screen door, made entry into the residence and caused a disturbance. The woman was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct. Friday, May 16 Kaila L. Schmeltz, 29, of Burgoon, was charged with disorderly conduct. 8:08 p.m. - 200 block N. Washington St., a caller reported a man was possibly passed out near a gas pump. The man was taken into custody and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug abuse instruments and no driver's license. 10:07 p.m. - E. Market and S. Washington streets, a caller reported that while they were handing out literature on the street corner, a woman approached them. The woman then attempted to cut up their sign with a pair of scissors and then threatened him with the scissors. The woman was taken into custody and charged with menacing. Fostoria Reports Thursday, May 15 8:02 p.m. - Springville Ave and E. Lytle St., a caller reported a man was lying by a stop sign. The man was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated. Friday, May 16 John T. McGrew, 56, of Findlay, was charged with disorderly conduct. Kaedyn A. Nichols, 22, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct. David V. Rivenbark II, 38, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct. Kelly M. Rivenbark, 56, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct. Saturday, May 17 4:37 p.m. - 300 block E. North St., a caller reported that juveniles were assaulted. The incident is under investigation. County Reports Thursday, May 15 Dawn Jordan, 54, of Fostoria, was charged with cruelty to animals. Friday, May 16 Floyd J. Howell, 44, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct. Tiffin Accidents Saturday, May 17 4:09 p.m. - Hall and Jackson streets, a citation for a stop sign violation was issued following a two-vehicle accident. Sunday, May 18 11:31 a.m. - W. Market Street and Progress Parkway, a citation for assured clear distance ahead was issued following a two-vehicle, non-injury accident. Fostoria Accident Saturday, May 17 10:09 a.m. - 526 Main St., a citation for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk was issued following a vehicle versus pedestrian accident.
