Tiffin Reports Friday, May 23 Joseph M. Dominguez, 22, of Bloomville, was charged with theft. Saturday, May 24 9:07 p.m. - 100 block Tomb St., a caller reported a couch was on fire. A woman was issued a summons for open burning. Monday, May 26 11:32 a.m. - First block Orchard Park, a caller reported a resident was fighting with staff members. A man was taken into custody and charged with assault on a peace officer. Fostoria Reports Friday, May 23 Daniel E. Williams, 28, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic violence. Saturday, May 24 12:25 a.m. - 500 block E. Lytle St., a caller reported people in a vehicle pointed a firearm at them. The incident is under investigation. 5:48 p.m. - 700 block S. Union St., a caller reported their vehicle was stolen. The vehicle was later located in the 700 block of Independence Ave. A male suspect was taken into custody and transported to Hancock County Sheriff's Office on a warrant. County Reports Saturday, May 24 5:29 p.m. - 7300 block N TR 75, a caller reported a man was chasing them in a vehicle. A man was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and hindering roadway movement. Monday, May 26 3:10 p.m. - 3000 block S SR 100, drugs were discovered in the jail. A man was arrested. County Accident Sunday, May 25 3:54 p.m. - W CR 592 and N SR 53, a citation for failure to control and no driver's license was issued following a two-vehicle accident. One person was transported to Mercy Health – Tiffin Hospital.
