New sgt. graduates leadership training

TIFFIN — Tiffin Police Department announced Sgt. Eric Aller successfully graduated from the Law Enforcement Foundation's Supervisor Training and Education Program. Sgt. Aller was among 41 students who participated in the 41st session of this prestigious program. STEP is meticulously designed to transform officers into highly effective supervisors. It equips them with the essential skills needed to lead and supervise within high-performance organizations.
