On Pointe dancers take stage for annual recital

TIFFIN — On Pointe Performing Arts Studio held its annual recital this past weekend, delighting audiences with "The Magic of Dance," a performance inspired by beloved Disney characters and films. Dancers performed a wide range of styles with each dance paired with Disney themed costumes. This year, the studio recognized Lucy Havrilla for five years of dedication to dance at On Pointe. "I am incredibly proud of our On Pointe dancers and all the hard work they've poured into this year's recital," said studio owner Vicky Boehler. "The recital celebrates not only the power of dance, but the dedication, growth, and passion of our amazing students. We love being a part of the Tiffin community and sharing the love of dance with children." On Pointe will host a one-day summer dance camp and offer private lessons beginning this month: Luau with Lilo and Stitch is Tuesday, June 17, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for ages 3–9. Cost is $50. Private lessons are available June 4 through July 31 for all ages and skill levels. Multiple dance styles offered. Registration for the 2025–26 season is now open. On Pointe offers classes for ages 3 to 18 in ballet, pointe, tap, tumble, jazz, hip hop, and contemporary, along with private instruction. New this fall, the studio will introduce an adult fitness class. Discounts are available for students taking multiple classes or for families with more than one dancer enrolled.
