TU announces annual staff award winners

TIFFIN — Tiffin University's Assembly for Staff Engagement and Talent (ASSET) has announced its 2025 annual staff award recipients, recognizing five individuals for their exceptional service, leadership and embodiment of institutional values. Nadia Lewis, vice president for human resources and the center for InterculTUral Excellence, received the Celebrating Cultural Uniqueness Distinguished Leadership Award, honoring her efforts to build an inclusive and caring campus culture. Judy Reynolds, graphic designer, was named recipient of the Service to Campus Award, while Vickie Wilkins, director of alumni relations, received the Service to the Community Award for her impact beyond campus in Tiffin and Seneca County. Sherri Adachi, payroll administrator, was recognized with the Excellence in ICARE Values Award, which this year focused on the value of accountability. The Lori Hall Staff Member of the Year Award — named in honor of a beloved former employee — was presented to Bethani Burkhart, director of career services. "Each of these individuals has uniquely demonstrated what it means to go above and beyond," said Javier Solorzano Parada, ASSET Facilitator. "Their passion, leadership and commitment help shape a campus culture where everyone is empowered to thrive."
