Seneca Arrows head to 2025 Special Olympics Summer Games

TIFFIN — Fourteen athletes representing the Seneca County Opportunity Center will compete in the 2025 Special Olympics Ohio Summer Games this weekend in Columbus. Known as the Seneca Arrows, the local delegation includes athletes in bocce, bowling and track. The games will bring together hundreds of participants from across the state to compete and connect. The Opportunity Center extended its gratitude to the parents, volunteers, coaches and donors who helped prepare the team for competition. "The support these athletes receive from the community is what makes moments like this possible," officials said in a statement. "It's not just about sports—it's about opportunity, growth and belonging."
