Downtown Tiffin to host Christmas in July event July 17 TIFFIN — Downtown Tiffin will celebrate its next Third Thursday event with a Christmas in July theme from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 17. Festivities will include family-friendly activities, entertainment, and special shopping promotions. City Parking Lot 5 will feature a "Touch-a-Truck" display with vehicles from Tiffin police, fire and rescue, Keller Brothers Enterprise, and the Seneca County Sheriff's Office, alongside a North Pole-themed inflatable obstacle course from Tiffin Inflatables. The RTA Community Lot will offer a snowball toss dunk tank featuring Mayor Dawn Iannantuono from 5 to 6:15 p.m. and Bryce Riggs from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. Seneca County Master Gardeners will lead wreath bow making for adults and teens and a Christmas tree craft for kids. Free face painting will also be available. Smokin' Sows BBQ will be parked in City Lot 7, and "Summer Santa" will roam downtown throughout the evening. Participating businesses will offer themed discounts, specials, and a "Naughty or Nice" scratch-off game for a chance to win Chamber Cash.
