County Report Sunday, Aug. 3 1:45 a.m. - 500 block S. Kilbourne St., a caller reported a man was unresponsive but breathing. A man was taken into custody. Fostoria Accident Friday, Aug. 1 5:19 p.m. - S. Union and W. South streets, a citation was issued following a two-vehicle accident. One person was transported to Fostoria Community Hospital via EMS. County Accidents Friday, Aug. 1 8:17 p.m. - E US 224 and S TR 17, a citation for a stop sign violation was issued following a two-vehicle accident. Saturday, Aug. 2 1:31 a.m. - E US 224 and S SR 100, a citation for OVI was issued following a one-vehicle accident. A woman was taken into custody. 5:07 a.m. - 6616 W CR 592, a citation for OVI and failure to control was issued following a one-vehicle accident. A man was taken into custody. Sunday, Aug. 3 10:36 a.m. - W SR 12 and N TR 65, a citation for failure to yield after a stop was issued following a two-vehicle accident.
