Stockaders nip H-L for SBC shootout win

Old Fort's Sarah Combs and Kristin Combs each shot in the low 40s Friday to help the Stockaders slip past Hopewell-Loudon 188-189 for the Sandusky Bay Conference River Division shootout victory at Clinton Heights.Sarah Combs tied for individual runner-up honors with a 42 and Kristin Combs shot a 43 for Old Fort.Claire Hunker backed them with a 50 and Isabella Reyna tallied a 53 for the victors.Stockaders Mollie Snyder (61) and Tahlia Steinberger (72) also competed.Danbury finished third with a 194, followed by Fremont St. Joe (199), Calvert (212), Woodmore (213) and Gibsonburg (242).
