Tiffin Reports Friday, Sept. 12 Austin J. Bour, 28, of Tiffin, was charged with criminal trespassing. Michelle J. Jensen, 41, of Tiffin, was charged with assault and menacing. Fostoria Reports Friday, Sept. 12 Miranda J. Blackburn, 27, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct. Saturday, Sept. 13 5:59 p.m. – 200 block E. Tiffin St., a caller reported they were assaulted. A man was taken into custody. County Reports Friday, Sept. 12 Kirk S. Stanfield, 74, of Attica, was charged with disturbing a lawful meeting. Eddie D. Tackett Jr, 35, of Tiffin, was charged with possession of a drug abuse instrument and possession of drug paraphernalia. Tiffin Accident Friday, Sept. 12 4:18 p.m. - 427 W. Perry St., a citation for failure to control while on a bicycle was issued following a two-vehicle accident. Fostoria Accident Sunday, Sept. 14 10:47 a.m. – S. Countyline and Findlay streets, a citation for improper backing was issued a two-vehicle, non-injury accident. County Accident Sunday, Sept. 14 7:40 a.m. – 1807 S SR 53, a citation for assured clear distance ahead was issued following a two-vehicle accident.
