FREMONT – The Columbian bowling teams made a run at Perkins to sweep the boys and the girls matches Wednesday night at Plaza Lanes, but the Perkins boys pulled out a 2,118-2,044 win, while the TC girls won 2,009-1,992.Cassidy Shane paced the girls team with a 396 series (194-201), while Miriah Distel added a 354 (174-180), Lucy Weidner rolled a 344 (177-167), Kaitlyn Distel recorded a 306 (148-158), Angela Nominee rolled a single-game score of 125 and TC had a team score of 123.TC won the two baker games – 358-322.Despite a 430 series (192-238) from Atreyu Sturgill, the TC boys came up a bit short. It also got a 409 (235-174), a 404 (181-223) by Austin King, a 255 (130-125) from Marshall McBride, a 115 from Weston Riley and a team score of 95.Perkins nipped TC in the two baker games – 337-336. Tigers tame RamsWILLARD - Seneca East upended Upper Sandusky 2,247-2,059 Wednesday at Dynasty Lanes in Northern 10 Athletic Conference play.For the Tigers, Wyatt Brickner led the charge with not only the highest score of 434, but had the highest score in the second game with a 254. He bowled a 180 in the first game. Following Brickner was Parker Edwards with a 368 (166-202), Logan Drown with a 350 (147-203), Colin Lucius with a 324 (148-176) and Blair Beagle with a 283 (160-123).In the three baker games, SE bowled a 488, while the Rams bowled a 442. Leading USHS was Wyatt Barrett with a 358 (176-182) series. Following Barrett was Rowen Kennedy with a 340 (160-180), Bryson Stoneburner with a 321 (147-174), and Afton Green with a 308 (149-159). Bowling one game for the Rams was Sylar Jones with a 191, and Clayton Bowen with a 99. Overall top bowler of the night went to Michaelynn Hill, who bowled a 341 overall, but had a game-high of 187 in the second game. She had a 154 in the first game.The top bowler for the Rams was Lily Swartz, who scored a 344 (172-172) in the two-game series. Following Swartz and Hill is Olivia Griswold with a 329 (151-178), Melanie Bowen with a 288 (147-141), and Brynn Routzahn with a 272 (124-178).For SE, Audra Miller paced the Tigers with a 312 (141-171), followed by Payton Walters with a 302 (145-157), Gracie Webster with a 242 (116-126), and Casey Kipps with a 239 (115-124). Bowling one game each for the Tigers was Madison Seasly with a 126 and Faith VanBuskirk with a 109.In the three baker games, SE won with a 438 over USHS's 424.
