Tropical Smoothie Cafe coming to Tiffin

TIFFIN − Tropical Smoothie Café, a fast-growing national restaurant franchise known for its fresh smoothies, toasted wraps, sandwiches, and flatbreads, is set to open a new location in Tiffin in spring 2026. The new café will be located at 2562 West Market Street, Suite C, the space formerly occupied by GameStop. The new café will be owned and operated by the brother and sister team of Jan Schneider and Tiffany Reese, who also own and manage the successful Tropical Smoothie Café in Fremont. The Fremont location was the Tropical Smoothie Café single unit "Franchise of the Year" award winner for 2024. "We're excited to be expanding into Tiffin," said Jan Schneider, owner of Tropical Smoothie Café Tiffin and Fremont, in a press release. "Tiffin has experienced tremendous growth in recent years, and we wanted to be part of that momentum. The community is vibrant, the business environment is welcoming, and we can't wait to bring the Tropical Smoothie Café experience to local residents and students. Tropical Smoothie Café offers a menu of made-to-order smoothies, sandwiches, flatbreads, wraps and bowls, as well as breakfast options and kid-friendly choices. The brand emphasizes healthy, flavorful meals and beverages served in a fun, casual setting. In the release, Mayor Lee Wilkinson welcomed the announcement, noting the continued revitalization and investment along the West Market Street corridor.
